What is the refund policy after purchase?
TechWave Solutions offers a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of the original purchase date of TechWave FormBridge for Zoho. Because all payments are processed through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, the final refund amount may be affected by VAT, sales tax, GST, and Paddle's transaction fee.
We use Paddle's VAT-inclusive pricing model. This means the price shown at checkout is the final price you see. If VAT, sales tax, GST, or any similar tax applies, it is already included in that price rather than added separately at checkout.
Paddle handles tax collection, tax compliance, and payment processing for each order, and also charges a transaction fee (generally 5% + $0.50 per transaction). The VAT/tax amount is refunded by Paddle as part of the refund process, but Paddle's transaction fee is not refundable.
Here is a simple example. Suppose you purchase TechWave FormBridge for Zoho for $39:
If you request a refund, TechWave refunds you $33.55, and Paddle may refund the $3.00 VAT/tax according to its tax-handling process. However, the $2.45 transaction fee is not refundable. So in this example:
This means the customer may receive $36.55, not the full $39, because Paddle's transaction fee is not refundable.
Process for a refund request
You can request a refund through the Contact Us option on our website, or simply email us at support@techwavesolutions.net. We may first ask a few questions about the issue you're facing with the product — if it's something we can solve, our support team will do their best to help you. Otherwise, you'll receive your refund within seven (7) working days.
