Terms Addendum — Time Tracker for Zoho CRM

Applies specifically to the “Time Tracker” extension published by TechWave Solutions on the Zoho Marketplace. It supplements the general Terms & Conditions above, which continue to apply — including Limitation of Liability, Governing Law (Bangladesh), Changes to Terms, and Contact.

1. Licence

Subject to these Terms, TechWave Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the Time Tracker extension within your own Zoho CRM organization for your internal business purposes. This is a licence to use the extension, not a sale; TechWave Solutions retains all rights not expressly granted.

2. Dependence on Zoho CRM and third-party services

The extension is an add-on that cannot function without Zoho CRM, whose availability and data storage are operated by Zoho and outside TechWave Solutions’ control. To run, the extension also loads two JavaScript libraries from external hosts — Zoho’s official Widget SDK (live.zwidgets.com) and the ApexCharts charting library (cdn.jsdelivr.net). If either is unavailable or blocked by your network, some features may be degraded; the reports include a built-in fallback for the charting library. TechWave Solutions is not responsible for these third-party services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the extension as a standalone product, to remove its proprietary notices, or to use it to build a competing product, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits. You are responsible for configuring the extension’s settings and user permissions appropriately, and for ensuring your use of time-tracking data about staff and contractors complies with applicable employment and data-protection laws.

4. Your data

You own all data created through the extension. It is stored inside your own Zoho CRM organization; TechWave Solutions operates no server or database for the extension and does not receive, store or access that data. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality and backup. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

The extension is provided at no charge. Any fees for future paid versions will be presented before you incur a charge. Charges for the underlying Zoho CRM platform are a matter between you and Zoho, subject to the “Service Delivery and Payment” section above.

6. No warranty; verify your figures

The extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. TechWave Solutions does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its calculations (hours, rates, billable amounts) are free of inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any figures the extension produces before relying on them for billing, payroll or other business or financial purposes. The “Limitation of Liability” section of the general Terms above applies to the extension.

7. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it, which ends its processing. Depending on how it was installed, its custom modules and your data may remain in your Zoho CRM organization until you remove them — this preserves your historical records. TechWave Solutions may suspend the licence if you breach these Terms.
