WordPress to Zoho Bigin Integration
A WordPress to Zoho Bigin integration sends each form submission to Zoho Bigin automatically, so new contacts appear in your CRM without manual entry or code.
This guide shows how to set up the Zoho Bigin action in FormBridge for Zoho: choose Bigin and your module, turn on the duplicate check, map your form fields, then create and test the feed.

Before you start
- Your WordPress form is published and its trigger is set up in FormBridge for Zoho.
- Your Zoho account is connected under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections. If it isn’t, follow the guide to creating a Zoho connection.
- You know which Zoho Bigin module should receive the data, and your form collects that module’s required fields.
How to connect WordPress forms to Zoho Bigin
Once your form trigger is ready, follow these six steps.
Step 1: Select your connected account
Zoho connection step › Connected accountOn the Zoho connection step, open the Connected account dropdown and choose the Zoho account you connected under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections.
No account in the list?Create a connection first, then return to the feed. Learn how to create a Zoho connection.

Choosing the connected Zoho account. Step 2: Select Zoho Bigin as the Zoho app
Zoho connection step › Zoho AppNext, open the Zoho App dropdown and select Zoho Bigin.

Selecting Zoho Bigin as the destination app. Step 3: Select the Zoho Bigin module
Zoho connection step › Module / resourceFrom the Module / resource dropdown, choose the Bigin module that should receive your form data. To add new people from a contact form, choose Contacts.

Choosing the Zoho Bigin module that receives the data. Step 4: Turn on the duplicate check
Zoho connection step › Duplicate CheckThe duplicate check looks for an existing Bigin record that matches the submission, based on email, name or another field. When it finds a match, FormBridge updates that record instead of creating a new one.
Turn it on if you want existing records updated, then click Next.

Turning on the duplicate check to update existing records. Step 5: Map your form fields
Mapping step › Field MappingMatch each WordPress form field to the Zoho Bigin field that should store its value. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields.
Required fieldsEach Bigin module has its own required fields. For Contacts, map a value to Last Name. If a required field is empty, Bigin won’t create the record.

Mapping WordPress form fields to Zoho Bigin fields. Step 6: Create the feed and test it
Mapping step › Create feedIf a Bigin field should always get the same value, set a static value in its mapping row instead of choosing a form field. When the required fields are mapped, click Create feed.

Adding a static value and creating the feed. Submit the selected form with test data to confirm the connection works.
Delivery logsEvery delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.
- One feed listens to exactly one form. If two forms should send data to Zoho Bigin, create two feeds.
- Changing the Zoho app, account or module after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
- To see exact Zoho Bigin field API names, go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the account.
Verify the integration
- Submit a test entry using an email address you can recognise.
- Check the log under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs and confirm the delivery succeeded.
- Find the record in the Bigin module you selected by searching for the test email.
- Check the values, including any static values.
- Test the duplicate check, if it’s on, by submitting the same email again. The existing record should update.

Frequently asked questions
Which Zoho Bigin module should I choose?
Choose the module where the form data belongs. For contact or enquiry forms, Contacts is the usual choice. Required fields differ by module, so map every required field for the module you pick.
Can FormBridge update existing Bigin records?
Yes. Turn on the duplicate check in Step 4. FormBridge then looks for a matching record, for example by email, and updates it instead of creating a new one.
Can two forms send data to Zoho Bigin?
Yes. Each feed listens to exactly one form, so create a separate feed for each form.
Where do I find Zoho Bigin field API names?
Go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the connected account.
