Frequently asked questions
Can I connect Divi Form Builder to Zoho CRM?
Yes. Use Divi Form Builder as the trigger and Zoho CRM as the action. Choose a module such as Leads or Contacts, then map your form fields to the matching CRM fields.
Do I need Divi to use Divi Form Builder?
Yes. Divi Form Builder adds a form module to the Divi Builder, so the Divi theme or the Divi Builder plugin has to be installed and active alongside it.
How is this different from the Divi contact form trigger?
They are separate triggers. The Divi contact form is the Contact Form module built into Divi, while Divi Form Builder is a separate plugin with its own form module. Pick the trigger that matches the module your form was built with.
Can I connect several Divi Form Builder forms to Zoho?
Yes. Create a separate feed for each form. One form can create Zoho CRM leads while another sends data to Zoho Desk, Zoho Books or another supported Zoho app.
How do I check that a submission reached Zoho?
Submit the form with test data, then open FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Every delivery is listed with its result, and failed deliveries can be resubmitted.
