  7. Step 11: Turn on the duplicate check

Zoho connection step › Duplicate Check

  8. Step 12: Map your form fields and create the feed

    Mapping step › Field Mapping

Match each WPForms field to the Zoho Marketing Automation field that should store its value. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields.

    Map the email address

Zoho Marketing Automation identifies leads by email address, so always map your form’s email field. Map any other required fields too, or the lead won’t be added.

If a field should always get the same value, set a static value in its mapping row instead of choosing a form field. When the required fields are mapped, click Create feed. The feed starts listening to the selected form straight away.

    Delivery logs

Every delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.

Good to know
  • One feed listens to exactly one form. If two WPForms should send data to Zoho Marketing Automation, create two feeds.
  • Changing the Zoho app, account or mailing list after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
  • To see exact Zoho Marketing Automation field API names, go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the account.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect WPForms to Zoho Marketing Automation?

Yes. Use WPForms as the trigger and Zoho Marketing Automation as the destination. After selecting your form, choose your connected Zoho account and mailing list, set the subscription type, when leads join and topics, then map your form fields.

Do I need coding for the WPForms Zoho integration?

No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select WPForms, choose your form, pick a Zoho app and map the fields without writing any code.

What does the subscription type do?

It sets how new leads are subscribed in Zoho Marketing Automation, for example as Marketing contacts.

What is the difference between Right away and After they confirm by email?

Right away adds new leads to the mailing list as soon as the form is submitted. After they confirm by email sends each lead a confirmation email from Zoho first, and adds them only after they confirm.

What are topics in Zoho Marketing Automation?

Topics group leads by interest. FormBridge can link each new lead to one or more topics you choose in the feed.

What happens if the same email is submitted again?

Zoho Marketing Automation identifies leads by email address, so sending the same address again updates the existing lead instead of creating a duplicate.

Where do I find Zoho Marketing Automation field API names?

Go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the connected account.
