How to connect SureForms to Zoho Desk

Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details

  1. Step 1: Create a new integration feed

FormBridge for Zoho › All Feeds

In your WordPress dashboard, open FormBridge for Zoho, click All Feeds, then click + Add New Feed.

Steps 5–12 · Destination and mapping

  1. Step 5: Select your connected Zoho account

On the Zoho connection step, open the Connected account dropdown and choose the Zoho account you connected under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections. Records are created in this account, and each feed can use a different one.

  6. Step 10: Turn on the duplicate check

Zoho connection step › Duplicate Check

The duplicate check looks for an existing Zoho Desk record that matches the submission, based on email, name or another field. When it finds a match, FormBridge updates that record instead of creating a new one.

Turn it on if you want existing records updated, then click Continue.

  7. Step 11: Map your SureForms fields

    Mapping step › Field Mapping

Match each SureForms field to the Zoho Desk field that should store its value. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields.

    Required fields

Each Zoho Desk module has its own required fields. For Contacts, map a value to Last Name. If a required field is empty, Zoho Desk won’t create the record.

  8. Step 12: Create the feed and test it

    Mapping step › Create feed

If a Zoho Desk field should always get the same value, set a static value in its mapping row instead of choosing a form field. When the required fields are mapped, click Create feed.

Submit the selected SureForms form with test data to confirm the connection works.

    Delivery logs

Every delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.

Good to know
  • One feed listens to exactly one form. If two SureForms forms should both send data to Zoho Desk, create two feeds.
  • Changing the Zoho app, account or module after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
  • To see exact Zoho Desk field API names, go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the account.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect SureForms to Zoho Desk?

Yes. Use SureForms as the trigger and Zoho Desk as the Zoho app. After selecting your form, choose Zoho Desk, pick the organization, department and a module such as Contacts, then map your SureForms fields to the matching Zoho Desk fields.

Do I need coding for the SureForms Zoho Desk integration?

No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select SureForms, choose your form, pick Zoho Desk and map the fields without writing any code.

Can I connect different SureForms forms to Zoho?

Yes. Create a separate feed for each form. One form can create Zoho Desk contacts while another sends data to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books or another supported Zoho app.

Yes. Turn on the duplicate check in Step 10. FormBridge then looks for a matching record, for example by email, and updates it instead of creating a new one.
