How to connect Easy Appointments to Zoho Books
10 steps, from creating the feed to a live appointment reaching Zoho Books.
Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details
Step 1: Create a new integration feed
FormBridge for Zoho › All FeedsIn your WordPress dashboard, open FormBridge for Zoho, click All Feeds, then click + Add New Feed.

Open All Feeds and click + Add New Feed. Step 2: Select Easy Appointments as the trigger
New feed › Trigger appFrom the list of trigger apps, select Easy Appointments. The feed will now run on your appointment data instead of a form.

Select Easy Appointments from the trigger apps. Step 3: Enter a feed title
Name this feed › Feed titleOn the Name this feed screen, enter the required information. In the Feed title field, enter a name of your choice.

Enter a feed title you’ll recognise later. Step 4: Select your Event
New feed › EventFrom the provided dropdown menu, select the Event you want to connect with FormBridge for Zoho. For example Customer books an appointment then click Continue.
Each feed sends data to a single Zoho app. To send the same appointments to a second app, create another feed.
One feed, one destinationEach feed sends data to a single Zoho app. To send the same appointments to a second app, create another feed.

Choose your Easy Appointments event, then click Continue.
Steps 5–10 · Destination and mapping
Step 5: Select your connected Zoho account
Destination tab › Connected accountOn the Destination tab, open the Connected account dropdown and select the Zoho account you already authorised under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections.
No account in the list?Create a Zoho connection first, then return to the feed setup. Learn how to create a Zoho connection.

Choosing the connected Zoho account. Step 6: Select Zoho Books as the destination
Destination tab › Zoho AppNext, open the Zoho App dropdown and select Zoho Books. This tells FormBridge to send the submitted form data to Zoho Books.

Choosing the Zoho app for the feed. Step 7: Select the organization
Destination tab › OrganizationFrom the Organization dropdown, choose the Zoho Books organization that should receive the data. The list loads from your connected Zoho account, so choose the account first.
If your Zoho account has more than one Zoho Books organization, check that you pick the right one. Records are created only in the organization you select.

Choosing the Zoho Books organization. Step 8: Select the Zoho Books module
Destination tab › Module / resourceChoose the Zoho Books module that will receive your form data, such as Customers, Vendors or another available module. This example uses Customers to create Zoho Books customers from Elementor Forms submissions.

Choosing the module that receives the data. Step 9: Configure duplicate handling
Destination tab › Duplicate handlingDuplicate handling checks whether a matching record already exists in Zoho Books before a new one is created. When a match is found, FormBridge updates that record instead of creating a duplicate.
Choose the field used to find a match, such as email or name, then click Continue.

Configuring duplicate record handling. Step 10: Map your form fields and create the feed
Mapping tab › Field mappingField mapping connects each Elementor Forms field to the Zoho Books field that stores its value. For example, map your form’s Email field to the Zoho Books Email field.
Required fieldFor the Customers module, map a value to Customer Name. If it’s empty, Zoho Books won’t create the customer. Other modules have their own required fields.

Mapping Elementor Forms fields to Zoho Books fields. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields. You can also assign a static value to any Zoho Books field, which is useful for fixed information such as Customer Type or Payment Terms.

Adding a static value with Add Mapping Row. After mapping the required fields, click Create feed. The feed starts listening to the selected form straight away, and can be disabled later without being deleted.
Delivery logsEvery delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.

Troubleshooting
Pick the symptom you’re seeing to get the fix.

- A required field is unmapped.
- How to fix it
- Check the selected module, then map every field Zoho Books marks as required. For Customers, that includes Customer Name.
No form in the dropdown
- Likely cause
- The form hasn’t been saved on a published page, or Elementor isn’t active.
- How to fix it
- Publish the page containing the form, confirm Elementor is active, then reopen the feed and open the Form dropdown again.
Record in the wrong organization
- Likely cause
- A different Zoho Books organization was selected in the feed.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a form plugin for this?
No. Easy Appointments is the trigger itself, so no separate form plugin is involved. Form plugins are only needed when the data comes from a form.
Can I send Easy Appointments data to several Zoho apps?
Yes. Create one feed per Zoho app and select Easy Appointments as the trigger in each feed.
Do I need coding for the Easy Appointments Zoho integration?
No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select the trigger, pick a Zoho app and map the fields without writing any code.
How do I check that an appointment reached Zoho?
Book a test appointment, then open FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Every delivery is listed with its result, and failed deliveries can be resubmitted.
Can I connect Elementor Forms to Zoho Books?
Yes. Use Elementor Forms as the trigger and Zoho Books as the destination. After selecting your form, choose your connected Zoho account, the Zoho Books organization and a module such as Customers, then map your Elementor Forms fields to the matching Zoho Books fields.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
Yes. The form widget is part of Elementor Pro, so free Elementor has no form to use as a trigger.
Why do I need to choose an organization?
A Zoho account can have more than one Zoho Books organization. FormBridge creates records only in the organization you select in Step 7, so pick the one your team uses for these customers.
Can I send data to a module other than Customers?
Yes. FormBridge can send data to other available Zoho Books modules, such as Vendors. Select the module under Module / resource, then map that module’s required fields before creating the feed.
Can one form send data to multiple Zoho apps?
Yes. Create a separate feed for each destination. For example, one feed can send form data to Zoho Books while another sends the same form data to Zoho CRM.
