How to connect SureForms to Zoho Bigin
Ten steps, from creating the feed to a live submission reaching Zoho Bigin.
Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details
Step 1: Create a new integration feed
FormBridge for Zoho › All FeedsIn your WordPress dashboard, open FormBridge for Zoho, click All Feeds, then click + Add New Feed.

Starting a new feed from the All Feeds screen. Step 2: Select SureForms as the trigger
New feed › Trigger appFrom the list of trigger apps, select SureForms. The feed will now run each time the SureForms form you choose is submitted.

Selecting SureForms as the trigger. Step 3: Enter a feed title
New feed › Feed titleOn the Name this feed screen, enter the required information. In the Feed title field, enter a name of your choice, for example SureForms to Bigin contacts. The title is used inside WordPress only, in the feed list and the delivery log.

Naming the feed. Step 4: Select your SureForms form
New feed › FormOpen the Form dropdown, which lists your SureForms forms. Select the one that should send data to Zoho, then click Continue.
One feed, one formEach feed listens to exactly one form. To connect another SureForms form, create another feed.

Choosing the SureForms form this feed listens to.
Steps 5–10 · Destination and mapping
Step 5: Select your connected Zoho account
Zoho connection step › Connected accountOn the Zoho connection step, open the Connected account dropdown and choose the Zoho account you connected under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections. Records are created in this account, and each feed can use a different one.
No account in the list?Create a connection first, then return to the feed. Learn how to create a Zoho connection.

Choosing the connected Zoho account. Step 6: Select Zoho Bigin as the Zoho app
Zoho connection step › Zoho AppNext, open the Zoho App dropdown and select Zoho Bigin. This tells FormBridge to send the submitted SureForms data to Bigin.

Selecting Zoho Bigin as the destination app. Step 7: Select the Zoho Bigin module
Zoho connection step › Module / resourceFrom the Module / resource dropdown, choose the Bigin module that should receive your form data. To add new people from a contact form, choose Contacts.

Choosing the Zoho Bigin module that receives the data. Step 8: Turn on the duplicate check
Zoho connection step › Duplicate CheckThe duplicate check looks for an existing Bigin record that matches the submission, based on email, name or another field. When it finds a match, FormBridge updates that record instead of creating a new one.
Turn it on if you want existing records updated, then click Next.

Turning on the duplicate check to update existing records. Step 9: Map your SureForms fields
Mapping step › Field MappingMatch each SureForms field to the Zoho Bigin field that should store its value. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields.
Required fieldsEach Bigin module has its own required fields. For Contacts, map a value to Last Name. If a required field is empty, Bigin won’t create the record.

Mapping SureForms fields to Zoho Bigin fields. Step 10: Create the feed and test it
Mapping step › Create feedIf a Bigin field should always get the same value, set a static value in its mapping row instead of choosing a form field. When the required fields are mapped, click Create feed.

Adding a static value and creating the feed. Submit the selected SureForms form with test data to confirm the connection works.
Delivery logsEvery delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.
- One feed listens to exactly one form. If two SureForms forms should both send data to Zoho Bigin, create two feeds.
- Changing the Zoho app, account or module after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
- To see exact Zoho Bigin field API names, go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the account.
