9 steps, from creating the feed to a live member record reaching Zoho CRM.

Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details

  1. Step 1: Create a new integration feed

FormBridge for Zoho › All Feeds

In your WordPress dashboard, open FormBridge for Zoho, click All Feeds, then click + Add New Feed.

Each feed sends data to a single Zoho app. To send the same members to a second app, create another feed.

Steps 5–9 · Destination and mapping

  1. Step 5: Select your connected Zoho account

Open the Destination tab and choose the Zoho account you authorised under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections. Records are created in this account, and each feed can use a different one.

  3. Step 7: Select the Zoho CRM module

Destination tab › Module / resource

Choose the module that will receive your form data. You can select Leads, Contacts, Deals, Accounts or another available module. This example uses Leads, the usual choice for contact and enquiry forms.

  4. Step 8: Configure duplicate handling

    Destination tab › Duplicate handling

Duplicate handling checks whether a matching record already exists before a new one is created. If a match is found, FormBridge updates that record instead of creating a duplicate.

Choose the field used to find a match, such as Email or Name, then click Continue.

  5. Step 9: Map your form fields and create the feed

Mapping tab › Match the fields

Field mapping connects each Elementor Forms field to the Zoho CRM field that stores its value. For example, map your form’s Email field to the Zoho CRM Email field.

    Required field

The Leads module needs a value for Last Name. If it isn’t mapped, Zoho CRM won’t create the lead.

You can also assign a static value to any Zoho CRM field, which is sent with every submission. This suits fixed information such as Lead Source or Lead Status. For picklist fields, use a value that already exists in that picklist.

Click Add Mapping Row when you need to map additional fields.

Once the required fields are mapped, click Create feed. The feed starts listening to the selected form straight away, and can be disabled later without being deleted.

    Delivery logs

Every delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.

Required fields by Zoho CRM module

Zoho CRM only creates a record when its mandatory fields have a value. Map these fields, or give them a static value.

ModuleRequired fieldAPI name
LeadsLast NameLast_Name
ContactsLast NameLast_Name
AccountsAccount NameAccount_Name
DealsDeal Name, Stage, and Pipeline when pipelines are enabledDeal_Name, Stage, Pipeline

Your Zoho CRM admin may have made other fields mandatory too. Check the module under Connections → Modules & Fields and map those fields as well.

Verify the integration

  1. Submit a test entry on the page holding your form, using an email address you can recognise.
  2. Check the log under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs and confirm the delivery succeeded.
  3. Find the record in the Zoho CRM module you selected by searching for the test email.
  4. Check the values, including static values such as Lead Source.
  5. Test duplicate handling, if it’s on, by submitting the same email again. The existing record should update.

Troubleshooting

Pick the symptom you’re seeing to get the fix.

No lead is created

Likely cause
A required field isn’t mapped.
How to fix it
Map every field Zoho marks as required for the selected module, then check the Logs screen for the error returned by Zoho CRM.

No form in the dropdown

Likely cause
The form hasn’t been saved on a published page, or Elementor isn’t active.
How to fix it
Publish the page containing the form, confirm Elementor is active, then reopen the feed and open the Form dropdown again.

Mapping rows cleared

Likely cause
The app, account or module changed after mapping.
How to fix it
Set the account, app and module first, then map the fields. Changing any of the three resets the rows.

Duplicate records

Likely cause
Duplicate handling is turned off in the feed.
How to fix it
Turn on duplicate handling in Step 8 and pick the field used to match an existing record, usually email.

Field name not found

Likely cause
The API name doesn’t exist in the selected module.
How to fix it
Check the correct name under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections → Modules & Fields.

Wrong form firing

Likely cause
The feed’s trigger points at a different form.
How to fix it
Check which form the trigger points at. Give every form that needs its own Zoho CRM connection a separate feed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect MemberPress to Zoho CRM?

Yes. Use MemberPress Member as the trigger and Zoho CRM as the action. Choose a module such as Leads or Contacts, then map your member details to the matching CRM fields.

Do I need a form plugin for this?

No. MemberPress is the trigger itself, so no separate form plugin is involved. Form plugins are only needed when the data comes from a form.

Can I send MemberPress members to several Zoho apps?

Yes. Create one feed per Zoho app and select MemberPress Member as the trigger in each feed.

Do I need coding for the MemberPress Zoho integration?

No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select the trigger, pick a Zoho app and map the fields without writing any code.

How do I check that a member reached Zoho?

Create a test member, then open FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Every delivery is listed with its result, and failed deliveries can be resubmitted.

Can I connect Elementor Forms to Zoho CRM?

Yes. Use Elementor Forms as the trigger and Zoho CRM as the action. After selecting your form, choose Zoho CRM, pick a module such as Leads or Contacts, and map your Elementor Forms fields to the matching CRM fields.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

Yes. The form widget is part of Elementor Pro, so free Elementor has no form to use as a trigger.

Do I need coding for the Elementor Zoho CRM integration?

No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select Elementor Forms, choose your form, pick Zoho CRM and map the fields without writing any code.

Can I send data to a module other than Leads?

Yes. FormBridge can send data to available Zoho CRM modules such as Contacts, Accounts, Deals and custom modules. Select the module under Module / resource, then map that module’s required fields before creating the feed.

Setting this up with a different trigger or a different Zoho app? Start from the matching guide.
