    Map the email address

Zoho Marketing Automation identifies leads by email address, so always map your form’s email field. Map any other required fields too, or the lead won’t be added.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a form plugin for this?

No. Tutor LMS is the trigger itself, so no separate form plugin is involved. Form plugins are only needed when the data comes from a form.

Can I send Tutor LMS students to several Zoho apps?

Yes. Create one feed per Zoho app and select Tutor LMS Student as the trigger in each feed.

Do I need coding for the Tutor LMS Zoho integration?

No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select the trigger, pick a Zoho app and map the fields without writing any code.

How do I check that a student reached Zoho?

Enrol a test student, then open FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Every delivery is listed with its result, and failed deliveries can be resubmitted.

Can I connect Elementor Forms to Zoho Marketing Automation?

Yes. Use Elementor Forms as the trigger and Zoho Marketing Automation as the destination. After selecting your form, choose your connected Zoho account and mailing list, set the subscription type, when leads join and topics, then map your form fields.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

Yes. The form widget is part of Elementor Pro, so free Elementor has no form to use as a trigger.

What does the subscription type do?

It sets how new leads are subscribed in Zoho Marketing Automation, for example as Marketing contacts.

What is the difference between Right away and After they confirm by email?

Right away adds new leads to the mailing list as soon as the form is submitted. After they confirm by email sends each lead a confirmation email from Zoho first, and adds them only after they confirm.

What are topics in Zoho Marketing Automation?

Topics group leads by interest. FormBridge can link each new lead to one or more topics you choose in the feed.

Setting this up with a different trigger or a different Zoho app? Start from the matching guide.

Still stuck? Email the failed entry from the Logs screen to support@techwavesolutions.net.
