How to connect Easy Appointments to Zoho Creator
12 steps, from creating the feed to a live appointment reaching Zoho Creator.
Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details
Step 1: Create a new integration feed
FormBridge for Zoho › All FeedsIn your WordPress dashboard, open FormBridge for Zoho, click All Feeds, then click + Add New Feed.

Open All Feeds and click + Add New Feed. Step 2: Select Easy Appointments as the trigger
New feed › Trigger appFrom the list of trigger apps, select Easy Appointments. The feed will now run on your appointment data instead of a form.

Select Easy Appointments from the trigger apps. Step 3: Enter a feed title
Name this feed › Feed titleOn the Name this feed screen, enter the required information. In the Feed title field, enter a name of your choice.

Enter a feed title you’ll recognise later. Step 4: Select your Event
New feed › EventFrom the provided dropdown menu, select the Event you want to connect with FormBridge for Zoho. For example Customer books an appointment then click Continue.
Each feed sends data to a single Zoho app. To send the same appointments to a second app, create another feed.
One feed, one destinationEach feed sends data to a single Zoho app. To send the same appointments to a second app, create another feed.

Choose your Easy Appointments event, then click Continue.
Steps 5–12 · Destination and mapping
Step 5: Select your account
Destination › AccountOn the Destination step, open the Account dropdown and choose the Zoho account you authorised under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections. Records are created in this account.
No account in the list?Use Connect account at the top of the panel, or create the connection first and return to the feed. Learn how to create a Zoho connection.

Choosing the connected Zoho account. Step 6: Select Zoho Creator as the Zoho app
Destination › Zoho appOpen the Zoho app dropdown and select Zoho Creator. The dropdown lists every app your account is authorised for.
Zoho Creator not in the list? The connection must include Zoho Creator. Open FormBridge for Zoho → Connections, choose Edit access for the account, tick Zoho Creator and reauthorise. Zoho grants only the permissions asked for when a connection is made.

Selecting Zoho Creator as the Zoho app. Step 7: Select the Creator application
Destination › OrganizationFrom the Organization dropdown, choose the Zoho Creator application that should receive the data. The list shows each application with its workspace in brackets, such as Test Limon (techwavesolutions), and it loads from your own Creator account.
Pick the right one before going further, because the next dropdown lists only the forms inside the application you choose here.

Choosing the Zoho Creator application. Step 8: Select the form and what it should do
Destination › ModuleFrom the Module dropdown, choose the Creator form that should receive the submission. Each form appears twice, once for each action:
- Form “…”: add a record — always creates a new record.
- Form “…”: find, then update or create — looks for a matching record first and updates it, and creates one only when nothing matches.
So a form named Patient Info gives you Form “Patient Info”: add a record and Form “Patient Info”: find, then update or create. Use the reload button beside the dropdown if a form you just built in Creator isn’t listed yet.

Choosing the Creator form and its action. Step 9: Configure duplicate handling
Destination › Duplicate handlingUnder Duplicate handling, tick Update the matching Zoho record instead of creating a duplicate if an existing record should be updated rather than a second one created. Then click Continue.

Configuring duplicate handling, then continuing to the mapping step. Step 10: Map your form fields
Mapping › Field mappingOn the Mapping step, give each Creator field a form field. Both lists load on their own: the Creator fields come from the form you chose, and the WordPress fields from your own form.
Match them by what they hold, not by name: your form’s Name field can go to Creator’s Patient Name, and a Number field to Phone. Click Remove to drop a row you don’t need.

Mapping WordPress form fields to Zoho Creator fields. Step 11: Send fixed values and add more rows
Mapping › Static valueClick + Add mapping row to send more fields. To send the same value on every submission, set Source to Static value: the form field column greys out and you type the value in the Static value box instead — a fixed address or city, for example.

Adding a static value with Add mapping row. Step 12: Set conditions and create the feed
Mapping › Conditional logic and Create feedConditional logic lets a feed send only the submissions you want. Turn on Only send when the conditions below match, then build your rules: conditions inside a group must all match, and a record passes if it matches any one group. While the switch is off the feed sends every record it receives, and any rules you have written are kept but not applied.
Read the full conditional logic guide →
When the mapping is ready, click Create feed. The feed starts listening to the selected form straight away, so submit the real form once to confirm the whole flow.

Setting conditional logic, then creating the feed. Delivery logsEvery delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.
- One feed listens to exactly one form. If two forms should send data to Zoho Creator, create two feeds.
- Changing the account, app, application or form after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
- The Module dropdown only lists forms from the application selected above it, so check the application whenever a form seems to be missing.
Verify the integration
- Submit the real form using values you can recognise.
- Check the log under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs and confirm the delivery succeeded.
- Find the record in the Creator application and form you selected.
- Check the values, including any static values.
- Submit the same details again. With find, then update or create and duplicate handling on, the existing record should update rather than appear twice.
Troubleshooting
Pick the symptom you’re seeing to get the fix.
No record is created
- Likely cause
- A field the Creator form marks as mandatory has no value.
- How to fix it

- The connection was authorised before Creator was added.
- How to fix it
- Open Connections → Edit access for the account, tick Zoho Creator and reauthorise.
A form is missing from the module list
- Likely cause
- The list was loaded before the form existed, or a different application is selected.

Records in the wrong application

- A different Creator application was selected in the feed.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a form plugin for this?
No. Easy Appointments is the trigger itself, so no separate form plugin is involved. Form plugins are only needed when the data comes from a form.
Can I send Easy Appointments data to several Zoho apps?
Yes. Create one feed per Zoho app and select Easy Appointments as the trigger in each feed.
Do I need coding for the Easy Appointments Zoho integration?
No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select the trigger, pick a Zoho app and map the fields without writing any code.
How do I check that an appointment reached Zoho?
Book a test appointment, then open FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Every delivery is listed with its result, and failed deliveries can be resubmitted.
What is the difference between add a record and find, then update or create?
Add a record always creates a new record. Find, then update or create looks for a matching record first and updates it, and creates one only when nothing matches.
Which Zoho Creator forms can a feed send to?
Any form in the application you choose. The Module dropdown lists the forms from your own Creator account, so what you see depends on the applications you have built.
Why does the Organization dropdown show application names?
On a Zoho Creator feed, that dropdown picks the Creator application, shown with its workspace in brackets. The Module dropdown then lists only the forms inside that application.
Can two forms send data to Zoho Creator?
Yes. Each feed listens to exactly one form, so create a separate feed for each form.
A form I just built isn’t in the list. What do I do?
Use the reload button beside the Module dropdown. Also check that the right application is selected, because the list only shows forms from that one.
