Thirteen steps, from creating the feed to a live submission reaching Zoho Marketing Automation.
Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details
Step 1: Create a new integration feed
FormBridge for Zoho › All FeedsIn your WordPress dashboard, open FormBridge for Zoho, click All Feeds, then click + Add New Feed.

Starting a new feed from the All Feeds screen. Step 2: Select HappyForms as the trigger
New feed › Trigger appFrom the list of trigger apps, select HappyForms. The feed will now run each time the HappyForms form you choose is submitted.

Selecting HappyForms as the trigger. Step 3: Enter a feed title
New feed › Feed titleOn the Name this feed screen, enter the required information. In the Feed title field, enter a name of your choice, for example HappyForms to marketing leads. The title is used inside WordPress only, in the feed list and the delivery log.

Naming the feed. Step 4: Select your HappyForms form
New feed › FormOpen the Form dropdown, which lists your HappyForms forms. Select the one that should send data to Zoho, then click Continue.
One feed, one formEach feed listens to exactly one form. To connect another HappyForms form, create another feed.

Choosing the HappyForms form this feed listens to.
Steps 5–13 · Destination and mapping
Step 5: Select your connected Zoho account
Zoho connection step › Connected accountOn the Zoho connection step, open the Connected account dropdown and choose the Zoho account you connected under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections.
No account in the list?Create a connection first, then return to the feed. Learn how to create a Zoho connection.

Choosing the connected Zoho account. Step 6: Select Zoho Marketing Automation as the Zoho app
Zoho connection step › Zoho AppNext, open the Zoho App dropdown and select Zoho Marketing Automation. This tells FormBridge to send the submitted HappyForms data to Zoho Marketing Automation.

Selecting Zoho Marketing Automation as the Zoho app. Step 7: Select the mailing list
Zoho connection step › Mailing ListFrom the Mailing List dropdown, choose the list that new leads should be added to. The lists load from Zoho once the account is chosen.

Choosing the mailing list for new leads. Step 8: Select the subscription type
Zoho connection step › Subscription TypeUnder Contact options, open the Subscription type dropdown and choose how new leads are subscribed, for example Marketing.

Choosing the subscription type. Step 9: Choose when leads are added to the list
Contact options › Add to listFrom the Add to list dropdown, choose when new leads join the mailing list:
- Right away adds the lead to the list as soon as the form is submitted.
- After they confirm by email sends the lead a confirmation email from Zoho first. The lead joins the list only after confirming.

Choosing when new leads are added to the mailing list. Step 10: Choose topics
Zoho connection step › TopicsIn the Associate contacts with these topics field, search for and choose the topics new leads should be linked to. Hold Ctrl or Cmd to pick more than one.
This field is optional. Leave it empty to skip topic association.

Choosing topics for new leads. Step 11: Turn on the duplicate check
Zoho connection step › Duplicate CheckThe duplicate check looks for an existing lead that matches the submission, based on email, name or another field. When it finds a match, FormBridge updates that lead instead of creating a new one.
Turn it on if you want existing leads updated, then click Continue.

Turning on the duplicate check. Step 12: Map your HappyForms fields
Mapping step › Field MappingMatch each HappyForms field to the Zoho Marketing Automation field that should store its value. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields.
Map the email addressZoho Marketing Automation identifies leads by email address, so always map your form’s email field. Map any other required fields too, or the lead won’t be added.

Mapping HappyForms fields to Zoho Marketing Automation fields. Step 13: Create the feed and test it
Mapping step › Create feedIf a field should always get the same value, set a static value in its mapping row instead of choosing a form field. When the required fields are mapped, click Create feed.

Adding a static value and creating the feed. Submit the selected HappyForms form with test data to confirm the connection works.
Delivery logsEvery delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.
- One feed listens to exactly one form. If two HappyForms forms should send leads to Zoho Marketing Automation, create two feeds.
- Changing the Zoho app, account or list after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
- To see exact Zoho Marketing Automation field API names, go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the account.

Frequently asked questions
Can I connect HappyForms to Zoho Marketing Automation?
Yes. Use HappyForms as the trigger and Zoho Marketing Automation as the Zoho app. After selecting your form, choose Zoho Marketing Automation, pick a mailing list, set the subscription options, then map your HappyForms fields including the email address.
Do I need coding for the HappyForms Zoho Marketing Automation integration?
No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select HappyForms, choose your form, pick Zoho Marketing Automation and map the fields without writing any code.
What does the subscription type do?
It sets how new leads are subscribed in Zoho Marketing Automation, for example as Marketing contacts.

Where do I find Zoho Marketing Automation field API names?
Go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the connected account.
