How to connect HappyForms to Zoho Inventory
10 steps, from creating the feed to a live form submission reaching Zoho Inventory.
Steps 1–4 · Trigger and details
Step 1: Create a new integration feed
FormBridge for Zoho › FormsIn your WordPress dashboard, open FormBridge for Zoho, click All Feeds, then click + Add New Feed.

Open Forms and click + Add New Feed. Step 2: Select HappyForms as the trigger
New feed › Trigger appFrom the list of trigger apps, select HappyForms. The feed will now run each time the HappyForms form you choose is submitted.

Select HappyForms from the trigger apps. Step 3: Enter a feed title
New feed › Feed titleOn the Name this feed screen, enter the required information. In the Feed title field, enter a name of your choice.

Enter a feed title you’ll recognise later. Step 4: Select your form
New feed › FormOpen the Form dropdown, which lists your HappyForms forms. Select the one that should send data to Zoho, for example Sample Form, then click Continue.
Each feed listens to exactly one form. To connect another HappyForms form, create another feed.
One feed, one formEach feed listens to exactly one form. To connect another HappyForms form, create another feed.

Choose the HappyForms form, then click Continue.
Steps 5–10 · Destination and mapping
Step 5: Select your connected Zoho account
Destination tab › Connected accountOn the Destination tab, open the Connected account dropdown and select the Zoho account you already authorised under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections.
No account in the list?Create a Zoho connection first, then return to the feed setup. Learn how to create a Zoho connection.

Choosing the connected Zoho account. Step 6: Select Zoho Inventory as the destination
Destination tab › Zoho AppNext, open the Zoho App dropdown and select Zoho Inventory. This tells FormBridge to send the submitted form data to Zoho Inventory.

Choosing the Zoho app for the feed. Step 7: Select the organization
Destination tab › OrganizationFrom the Organization dropdown, choose the Zoho Inventory organization that should receive the data. The list loads from your connected Zoho account, so choose the account first.
If your Zoho account has more than one Zoho Inventory organization, check that you pick the right one. Records are created only in the organization you select.

Choosing the Zoho Inventory organization. Step 8: Select the Zoho Inventory module
Destination tab › Module / resourceFrom the Module / resource dropdown, choose what the feed should create in Zoho Inventory: Customers / Contacts or Items. The list loads from Zoho once the account and app are chosen. This example uses Customers / Contacts to create Zoho Inventory contacts from Elementor Forms submissions.

Choosing the module that receives the data. Step 9: Configure duplicate handling
Destination tab › Duplicate handlingUnder Duplicate handling, tick Update the matching Zoho record instead of creating a duplicate if an existing contact should be updated rather than a second one created. Then click Continue.
How matching works in Zoho InventoryZoho Inventory has no upsert, so FormBridge looks the contact up by email address first and updates it when it already exists. If the lookup itself fails, the record is still created, so a submission is never lost.

Configuring duplicate record handling. Step 10: Map your form fields and create the feed
Mapping tab › Field mappingField mapping connects each Elementor Forms field to the Zoho Inventory field that stores its value. For example, map your form’s Email field to the Zoho Inventory Email field.
Required fieldsMap a name value for the module you chose: the contact name for Customers / Contacts, or the item name for Items. If a required field is empty, Zoho Inventory won’t create the record.

Mapping Elementor Forms fields to Zoho Inventory fields. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields. You can also assign a static value to any Zoho Inventory field, which is sent unchanged with every submission.

Adding a static value with Add Mapping Row. After mapping the required fields, click Create feed. The feed starts listening to the selected form straight away, and can be disabled later without being deleted.
Delivery logsEvery delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.

Verify the integration
- Submit a test entry on the page holding your form, using an email address you can recognise.
- Check the log under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs and confirm the delivery succeeded.
- Find the record in the Zoho Inventory organization and module you selected by searching for the test email.
- Check the values, including any static values you set.
- Test duplicate handling, if it’s on, by submitting the same email again. The existing contact should update, and the log should say the record was updated rather than created.
Troubleshooting
Pick the symptom you’re seeing to get the fix.
No record is created
- Likely cause
- A required field is unmapped.
- How to fix it
- Map the name field for the selected module, then check the Logs screen for the error Zoho Inventory returned.
No form in the dropdown
- Likely cause
- The form hasn’t been saved on a published page, or Elementor isn’t active.
- How to fix it
- Publish the page containing the form, confirm Elementor is active, then reopen the feed and open the Form dropdown again.
Record in the wrong organization
- Likely cause
- A different Zoho Inventory organization was selected in the feed.
- How to fix it
- Edit the feed and choose the correct organization in Step 7. Changing it may clear the mapping rows, so check them afterwards.
Mapping rows cleared
- Likely cause
- The app, account or module changed after mapping.
- How to fix it
- Set the account, app, organization and module first, then map the fields. Changing any of them resets the rows.
Duplicate records
- Likely cause
- Duplicate handling is off, or your form’s email field isn’t mapped.
- How to fix it
- Tick duplicate handling in Step 9 and map the email field, which is what the Zoho Inventory lookup uses.
Zoho Inventory missing from the dropdown
- Likely cause
- FormBridge for Zoho Pro isn’t active, or the connection was authorised before Inventory was added.
- How to fix it
- Confirm the Pro add-on is active, then open Connections → Edit access for the account, tick Zoho Inventory and reauthorise. Zoho grants only the permissions asked for when the connection was made.
Field name not found
- Likely cause
- The API name doesn’t exist in the selected module.
- How to fix it
- Check the correct name under FormBridge for Zoho → Connections → Modules & Fields.
Wrong form firing
- Likely cause
- The feed’s trigger points at a different form.
- How to fix it
- Check which form the trigger points at. Give every form that needs to reach Zoho Inventory its own feed.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send one HappyForms form to multiple Zoho apps?
Yes. Create one feed per Zoho app and select the same HappyForms form as the trigger in each feed.
Do I need coding for the HappyForms Zoho integration?
No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select HappyForms, choose your form, pick a Zoho app and map the fields without writing any code.
How do I check that a submission reached Zoho?
Submit the form with test data, then open FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Every delivery is listed with its result, and failed deliveries can be resubmitted.
Can I connect Elementor Forms to Zoho Inventory?
Yes. Use Elementor Forms as the trigger and Zoho Inventory as the destination. After selecting your form, choose your connected Zoho account, the Zoho Inventory organization and a module such as Customers, then map your Elementor Forms fields to the matching Zoho Inventory fields.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
Yes. The form widget is part of Elementor Pro, so free Elementor has no form to use as a trigger.
Why do I need to choose an organization?
A Zoho account can have more than one Zoho Inventory organization. FormBridge creates records only in the organization you select in Step 7, so pick the one your team uses for these customers.
Can I send data to a module other than Customers?
Yes. FormBridge can send data to other available Zoho Inventory modules, such as Vendors. Select the module under Module / resource, then map that module’s required fields before creating the feed.
Can one form send data to multiple Zoho apps?
Yes. Create a separate feed for each destination. For example, one feed can send form data to Zoho Inventory while another sends the same form data to Zoho CRM.
Does this update existing records or always create new ones?
It depends on your duplicate handling settings. When duplicate handling is off, each submission creates a new record. When it is on, FormBridge checks a selected field such as email and updates the matching Zoho Inventory record.
