  7. Step 11: Turn on the duplicate check

Zoho connection step › Duplicate Check

  8. Step 12: Map your SureForms fields

    Mapping step › Field Mapping

Match each SureForms field to the Zoho Marketing Automation field that should store its value. Click Add Mapping Row to map more fields.

    Map the email address

Zoho Marketing Automation identifies leads by email address, so always map your form’s email field. Map any other required fields too, or the lead won’t be added.

  9. Step 13: Create the feed and test it

Submit the selected SureForms form with test data to confirm the connection works.

    Delivery logs

Every delivery, successful or failed, is recorded under FormBridge for Zoho → Logs. Failed deliveries can be sent again with Resubmit.

Good to know
  • One feed listens to exactly one form. If two SureForms forms should send leads to Zoho Marketing Automation, create two feeds.
  • Changing the Zoho app, account or list after mapping clears the mapping rows, so set those first.
  • To see exact Zoho Marketing Automation field API names, go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the account.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect SureForms to Zoho Marketing Automation?

Yes. Use SureForms as the trigger and Zoho Marketing Automation as the Zoho app. After selecting your form, choose Zoho Marketing Automation, pick a mailing list, set the subscription options, then map your SureForms fields including the email address.

Do I need coding for the SureForms Zoho Marketing Automation integration?

No. FormBridge for Zoho is set up entirely from its settings screens. You select SureForms, choose your form, pick Zoho Marketing Automation and map the fields without writing any code.

What does the subscription type do?

It sets how new leads are subscribed in Zoho Marketing Automation, for example as Marketing contacts.

Yes. Each feed listens to exactly one form, so create a separate feed for each form.

Where do I find Zoho Marketing Automation field API names?

Go to FormBridge for Zoho → Connections and click Modules & Fields for the connected account.
